Mark D. Rodgers

Executive Vice President

Mark D. Rodgers serves as Executive Vice President at CSSI, Inc. In this role, Dr. Rodgers leads Operations at CSSI for 3 Divisions including Technical Innovation, Enterprise Services, and Safety Initiatives. Additionally, he provides leadership for Corporate IT Services, Business Development, and Proposal Development. Dr. Rodgers is responsible for all innovation functions related to identifying and developing solutions that are consistent with CSSI's business strategy to grow the business.

Over the past 25+ years Dr. Rodgers has held several positions in both Industry and at the Federal Aviation Administration. Positions at the FAA Headquarters included Director of System Engineering for the Air Traffic Operations Planning Organization, Program Director for Human Factors, Chief Scientific and Technical Advisor for Human Factors, and Engineering Research Psychologist at the FAA's Civil Aerospace Institute.

Dr. Rodgers has received numerous awards for safety innovations, including the Air Traffic Control Association Special Medallion Award. He has authored over 50 publications and presentations on human factors and human performance. Dr. Rodgers received his Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology from the University of Louisville in 1991.
