CSSI Wins $7.7mil Navy Contract

Washington, DC – CSSI, Inc., a leading provider of technical, engineering and management solutions to government and commercial clients, has been awarded a Task Order on the Seaport-Enhanced Multiple Award contract from the Department of the Navy’s Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) Systems Center, Atlantic (SSC Lant). Under the contract, CSSI will continue to support the Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) and Enterprise Corporate Solutions (ECS) Service Centers with information technology, system administration, life cycle and system integration and management support in multiple locations. The contract, with a one-year base period and two option years, is worth $7.7 million.

CSSI supports SPAWAR in its continuing efforts to increase efficiencies, streamline and improve reporting, and implement procedures that result in more effective support of the warfighter. CSSI support includes but is not limited to setup and configuration of end user desktop and laptop systems; troubleshooting and maintenance of network device, performing troubleshooting and problem resolution for hardware and software problems; working to resolve network connectivity problems on users systems; entering, updating, and closing trouble tickets for user reported problems, and compiling trouble call statistics and other performance metrics.
