Employees also receive opportunities to participate in the growth of the company itself. For example, an interdisciplinary team of front-line employees was invited to help develop CSSI’s strategic plan. The company and employees both benefited: Employees gained important strategic planning and thinking experience, while CSSI received invaluable marketplace and customer perspective. Employees are also frequently invited and encouraged to participate in business development activities, through capture opportunities or programs like REALab, our in-house product and solution development incubator.
CSSI understands the value of education: in addition to reimbursing employees for higher learning, CSSI often holds in-house professional development workshops, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) training. The company also has an houses REALab, our in-house think tank, and a Fellows Program.
