Many organizations have invested millions or billions of dollars in a new system and operational concepts, only to have the user reject it. CSSI’s OA operational change management capability is designed to ensure this does not happen. 

Our OA solutions help users successfully deploy, accept and adopt a new system with associated changes in operations. Change management support can range from full management of all implementation strategies for mass communication, comprehensive training, user data and documentation, and usability and customer satisfaction data analysis and corrective actions. Acceptance of new systems and the impact to operations may require concept validation, where the mature concept is evaluated from the perspective of end users and other stakeholders. This “litmus test” asks the fundamental question:  Did we develop the right solution, and will it deliver the features and benefits envisioned for both users and service providers?
